Strawberry Pines Resort, Land Planning and Civil Engineering Development
Strawberry Pines Resort is a 1,000 acre mountain resort and subdivision located south of Solder Creek Dam in Wasatch County. The project is bounded by Indian Lands, U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and private owners. It involves approval and coordination with several agencies including Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, Division of Wildlife, U.S. Forest Service, and so forth. The project services include mass grading, a water supply system including wells, tanks, and pressure zones, a sewer treatment plant with several lift stations, and bridge to cross Strawberry Pines River and so forth.
