Meadowbrook Station, Planned Apartment and Retail Development
Meadowbrook Station is a planned development containing 259,000 sq. ft. apartment, 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, and 26,000 sq. ft. retail near a UTA Trax station in Salt Lake County. The project is bounded by railroad, public roads, and private businesses. It involved Phase I and II environmental studies, UTA widening coordination, liquefaction issues, drainage constraints, mass grading, and construction management.
